Cancellation Policy
To ensure each client receives the highest level of service, the following policies are in place:
Cancelletions & Rescheduling
A 30% deposit is required to hold your appointment. I completely understand that things come up, but please note that if you need to cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance can be rescheduled without penalty. No show appointments will also result in your deposit being forfeited.
Deposits
All appointments require a non-refundable 30% deposit at the time of booking. This secures your appointment and is applied toward your final balance at the time of service.
Final Sale
